Large tradtional house in the contry style of the QUERCY dating from the 19th century and renovated in 1986, with stone wall and visible wood beams, sink and chimneys out of stones in a property of 3 ha,very calm, and resting. Its capacities of reception and its situation (insulated from the road and without vicinity) make of it the "ideal" house for couples of friends or an extended family (2 or 3 generations) of the children. She includes two residences communicating (or autonomous), being able to accommodate 10 people, with its 5 rooms, two bathrooms and toilets independent, a mezzanine being able to make additional room with its sofa bed 2 places.( communication of the two residences is done by the higher level, (junction mezzanine/room) You will have its 2 stays with their chimneys typical and usable, a big kitchen and a corner cook, well equipped with comfort electric household appliances (1 lava crockery,1 lava linen, 1 microwave oven, 1 electric furnace, refrigerator....), 2 televisions, a reader DVD... etc. Many books, and games with provisions (company, charts, toys children), a gantry of plays in the park, Furniture of garden and barbecue. Also with provision: reads and chair baby, pushchair. Household linen provided, cloths and household in option. Possibility of renting just in one apartment for a family fewer, or both consulting us for proces and availability.
